This program assists displaced, low income and recently released incarcerated men and women to obtain a legal Texas ID, which is needed to obtain jobs and housing. BTLOP sponsored several individuals to receive a new ID, replace a lost or stolen ID or obtain other documents required to obtain a legal TX ID.
