On a monthly basis, BTLOP provides a hot meal, snack lunch and hygiene packs to the unhoused/homeless citizens of San Antonio. The hot meal consists of meat, vegetables, starch, breach and dessert, along with water and drinks. In addition, a snack lunch is provided as a separate meal for a later time. Hygiene packs consist of deodorant, toothbrushes, toothpaste, lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner and new underwear and socks. BTLOP has partnered with five community churches (Friendship, God’s Property, New Birth, New Light and Revelation) to provide the hot meals on a rotating quarterly basis. The Eastern Stars and Wheatley High School Alumni are partners or supplying hygiene items. On average 125 – 150 person are served. We are passionate about supporting and giving back to our community. We love what we do! From providing food bags, clothing, assisting individuals with getting ID’s, providing hot meals to the unhoused/homeless and sharing gifts for children during the Christmas season; we want to make sure that we are there to stand in the gap for those are in need.
